How do I know which size to buy for my child?
We recommend using our printable Fit Tool or our Fit Zone app to get the most accurate measurement. Since children's feet grow quickly, we suggest measuring every 2-3 months.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unworn merchandise in its original packaging. Returns are easy to process through our online returns portal.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout if you need your shoes sooner.
Are Stride Rite shoes good for first-time walkers?
Yes, our Soft Motion collection is specifically designed to encourage natural movement and support baby's first steps with rounded soles and memory foam footbeds.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states, APO/FPO addresses, and select U.S. territories. We are working on expanding our international shipping options soon.
